David Watson (Of Counsel)
David has spent his legal career focused on various types of complex litigation, including but not limited to antitrust, FINRA arbitrations and mediations involving securities trading violations, fraud and financial elder abuse, consumer, insurance, ERISA, environmental, patent infringement, medical malpractice and bad faith actions, as well as constitutional issues such as inverse condemnation. Prior to joining Crosner Legal, David successfully managed, litigated and conducted all phases of discovery and litigation on a mass action with over 50 individual wage and hour actions from inception through adjudication across over 16 California counties on behalf of plaintiff employees against one of the top escrow corporations in the country. In addition to managing and litigating a multitude of PAGA and complex wage and hour actions, he also recently managed all phases of discovery and litigation on a multi-million qui tam action for violations of both federal and state False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statutes. With significant experience working in plaintiff law practices, he has also mentored and advised many junior associates as to litigation and case management strategies.
