Our firm contributes its time, resources and expertise to several, specialized legislative and judicial advocacy groups in an effort to preserve the rights of victims. Our attorneys have sat or currently sit as executive board members of employee rights associations and panels, such as CELA’s Legislative & Wage/Hour Committees, NELA’s Amicus Curiae Committee, Law360’s Editorial Advisory Committee, among others. Members of our firm have also stepped forward at the request of the judiciary to assist courts as settlement officers, judge pro tem, and American Arbitration Panel Members.
